Refund & Return Policy

1. Nature of Our Products
Zutomo’s products, both PLR Video Courses and Zutomo Branded Courses, are digital goods. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be physically returned, and the knowledge or proprietary content cannot be unlearned or retrieved.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the instant, digital, and proprietary nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. We encourage all customers to read the course description, review any available previews, and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.
3. Exceptions to the Policy
A full refund may be granted in the following specific and limited circumstances:
a. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same course twice within a 24-hour period. b. Technical Fault: If the course files are corrupted, inaccessible, or the download link consistently fails, and the Zutomo support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours of being notified. c. Major Misrepresentation (PLR Only): If the core content advertised is demonstrably missing or fundamentally different from the product description on zutomo.com (e.g., advertised as 10 modules, but only 2 are delivered).
4. Refund Request Procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to help@zutomo.com within [e.g., 7] days of the purchase date.
- The email must include:
- Your Name and Email used for the purchase.
- The Order Number.
- A detailed explanation and proof (e.g., screenshots) clearly demonstrating the reason for the refund request based on the exceptions listed in Section 3.
- Zutomo will review the request and respond within [e.g., 5] business days.
5. Condition of Refund
If a refund is granted, the customer legally agrees to:
- Immediately delete all downloaded course files and content.
- For PLR courses, the PLR license is immediately revoked, and the customer forfeits all rights to use, modify, or sell the content.
6. Chargebacks
We urge customers to contact us first with any refund issues. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Zutomo will result in the suspension of your Zutomo account and the immediate revocation of all associated course licenses (including PLR rights), rendering all content illegal for you to use or resell.
